The Spanish Society of Rheumatology (SER) is a scientific association aiming to promote the study of rheumatic diseases, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases, dealing with problems related to the medical specialty always focused on the benefit of rheumatic patients.
Currently, the SER represents about 1,500 professionals in Spain. SER develops works, studies and research projects in Rheumatology and supports rheumatic disease patients through its relationship with patients associations like LIRE (Spanish League Rheumatology), CONFEPAR (Confederation of Rheumatic Patients), ConArtritis (National Coordinator of Arthritis) or Spanish Patients Forum.
