In agile team a visibility is a key. Once the team is distributed, it is hard to keep a possibility to register when a team member moved the card on the task board.
To have the visibility even the team is distributed, ScrumDesk notifies all team members about the project changes via emails or instant messages. Instant messages are displayed as pop-up every 10 minutes.
As not everyone likes pop-ups, they can be switched on or off in Project/Options page.
The check box Notify me about news using balloon is turning notification on/off.
