Plan vs. Reality
What would be the roadmap for if you only prepare a plan in it? Useless. ScrumDesk, therefore, shows reality once an epic or feature has been started being developed. The reality is indicated by the ghost box of the same color.
When does ghost box appear?
- An epic’s features and features’ user stories should be assigned to some sprint.
- User stories should have one or more subtasks planned.
- The sprint should be started and status of the tasks updated.
- Any task that is either in progress or done starts its user story, the feature, and even the epic.
Now you can compare planned scheduling with reality in the ROADMAP functionality.
